In each MultiSport outdoor gym, you will find as many as 12 high-quality strength training machines designed to train a variety of muscle parts. Try them all! Strengthen your back, build strong arms and legs, sculpt your chest and abdomen! With the ability to change the load on the equipment, you can easily adjust the intensity of the workout to your individual needs and abilities.

All-in-one equipment

A basic trainer on which you will perform many exercises using your own body weight or with additional load. Training on this equipment allows you to activate almost all muscle groups of the upper body. Recommended for people of all skill levels.

Exercising on this equipment, you can develop your shoulders evenly, and in the process also your arm muscles – biceps and triceps. The upper chest muscles are also engaged during the workout.
