In each MultiSport outdoor gym, you will find as many as 12 high-quality strength training machines designed to train a variety of muscle parts. Try them all! Strengthen your back, build strong arms and legs, sculpt your chest and abdomen! With the ability to change the load on the equipment, you can easily adjust the intensity of the workout to your individual needs and abilities.
All-in-one equipment
A basic trainer on which you will perform many exercises using your own body weight or with additional load. Training on this equipment allows you to activate almost all muscle groups of the upper body. Recommended for people of all skill levels.
Shoulder press in sitting position
Exercising on this equipment, you can develop your shoulders evenly, and in the process also your arm muscles – biceps and triceps. The upper chest muscles are also engaged during the workout.
Bench press in horizontal position
The bench press is the primary exercise for the pectoral muscles. The equipment is designed to develop large pectoral muscles, triceps and shoulder muscles. This is a safe alternative to pressing with a barbell.
Chest press on an incline bench
This equipment with adjustable load combines the functions of seated and horizontal bench presses. It allows you to do a workout for the upper chest muscles and shoulder muscles. In addition, you will develop the biceps and triceps muscles of the arms.
Squatting equipment
On this equipment you can do squats in different variations to strengthen and develop the quadriceps muscles of the thighs and gluteal muscles such as the gluteus medius and gluteus maximus. Your back and abdominal muscles are also strengthened during squats.
Deadlift equipment
The deadlift is one of the best exercises for developing the broadest muscles of the back, as well as the lower back muscles. Training on this equipment allows you to work on gluteal muscles, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius muscle, broadest muscle of the back, quadriceps, teres major muscle, subscapularis muscle, and shoulder muscles.
Variable weight barbell
Simple all-in-one equipment on which you can develop the biceps muscles of the arms, as well as muscles of the shoulders, buttocks, thighs, calves, arms, abdomen and back. This is one of the most functional exercise machines.
Pulling the bar with a variable load
This equipment is for you if you want to develop the triceps, elbow and abdominal oblique muscles. During the exercise you also engage other muscles of the arms, forearms and trunk.
Equipment for exercising the broadest muscles of the back
Training on this equipment will strengthen your broadest back muscles and, in the process, your arm muscles – biceps and triceps. An ideal exercise for developing the back, so important during many other exercises, such as the deadlift.
Back and chest exercise equipment
On this equipment you can at the same time exercise the broadest muscles of the back, as well as chest muscles responsible, among other things, for correct posture. This is one of the best machines for strengthening trunk muscles.
Leg extender
This machine is perfectly suited for isolated exercise of the quadriceps muscles. It will help you strengthen and sculpt your thighs. Exercising on it is also great for knee strength.
Foot press
Adjust the load, sit down and start training to strengthen the quadriceps thigh muscle, gluteus medius muscle and gluteus maximus muscle. This is a very good alternative to squats performed with weights.
